CoD Ghosts strange VRAM usage

Hi. I have a problem with CoD Ghosts, especially multiplayer (steam version). VRAM usage is always above 1000MB (I have GTX 750 Ti OC with 1GB of VRAM), even when I'm in main menu
I use low settings, in order to get stable 60FPS (I had serious FPS drops with only a bit higher settings) but even now I have FPS drops sometimes

Here are screenshots of settings, also you can see MSI afterburner in the top left corner

First, Geforce Experience says that I can play it on high settings, but I don't pay much attention to it
THE MAIN QUESTION IS: Is this amount of used VRAM normal ?? It is always fully used (except when it's loading a map) while GPU usage never goes above 60% when I'm in playing. Temps are also okay. For example, when I play BF3 MP (ultra settings) I get 50+ FPS, and VRAM usage is at 800-900 MB

Driver version: 368.81 . game ready driver applied (before applying I had drops even on 800x600 resolution)

My rig:
Pentium G3260
GTX 750 Ti OC 1GB DDR5
4GB RAM
1TB HDD

I know that RAM doesn't meet the minimum requirements, but I saw people running Ghosts MP with 4GB RAM at high settings (other components are similar to mine). I close everything before playing and my RAM usage in-game is about 3600MB, so I doubt that it could be a problem

Please give me some advice

Solution
It's not well optimised. I see up to 4gb vram usage at 1080p ultrawide! Think your gpu is going to struggle unfortunately.

Now in fairness, I have 8gb vram and I have seen games use whatever they want and can be more than they say is required. However, I doubt 1gb is going to cut it unfortunately in any newish cod game as they seem badly optimised for vram usage.

yeah, seems so. However, I've found graphics settings for my graphics card at geforce.com (for CoD Ghosts), they are mostly at medium quality, except image quality which I set to extra. Everything worked perfectly, from beginning to the end. I saw only few drops from 60fps (I enabled v-sync) to 40-50, but nothing strange. I still play multiplayer, everything seems to be fine there, too, only few drops so far but who cares (same settings)

Thank you
