Patriot Viper II Sector 7 compatibility

Hi,

I have a 5 yo setup, tri channel mobo, with Patriot Viper II Sector 7 (pv736g1600elk - 3x2gb). I wanted to get an identical set, but I can't find it for sale anymore - guess it's too old. Is there another 3x2gp pack that I can add to my pc?

I'd look for a 3x4GB set, no guarantees anything you get will play with what you already have - even if you could find an identical set. I'd go the Snipers or Ripjaws in 1600

Won't the voltage difference be a problem (1.65 on the patriot)?

As said I wouldn't mix them - get the 3x4GB and the 1.5 will actually be better for the rig, the Viper sticks required 1.65 as they used weaker memory chips on those sticks, most all 1600/9 sticks require 1.5 or even less
