I made a thread earlier this week to try and find out why performance on my laptop was so sluggish. I though it was the GPU not being used in favor of integrated graphics, so I set the priority for it. Still the performance is terrible.
I downloaded CPU-z and noticed that my processor(I7-5500u) was supposed to be clocked at 2.4ghz, and turbo boost to 3.xghz, but was only clocked at 799Mhz. Is this just how clock speeds are shown(I don't really know the ins and outs of computers), or is this a problem and there's a way I can fix it?
