Same WiFi network everywhere at home

Hey there,
My house is kind of big and I recently purchase a WiFi Ring Doorbell so I had to place a "signal extender" near the front door. I got a ZyXELL which works just fine but the thing is I would like to know if it's possible to create a unique WiFi network for the entire place.

I mean I don't want to disconnect my main network to connect to the ZyXELL one, I just want to walk through my house without changing networks. Is that possible? I've seen, for example in hospitals and offices, that they have only one network even in different floors.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Oh sorry, I misread your post :S

I've used a range extender a couple of years ago, and I didn't have to disconnect/re-connect to my network. It worked as the name described, it extended the range of my network.

I can't remember if I had to set it up to work like that, the manual didn't explain this matter?

Sorry I couldn't be of any more help :/

Thanks anyway!

I'm not sure, the name of the network is different, should I put the same name and that way it will work as one? I don't understand actually.
