Pc turns for split second and shuts down

I have a problem with my first pc build everything matches but i cant get it to turn on, my specs are msi z97s sli kraith edition motherboard, intel 4460, 2x8gb hyper x fury 1866 ram, cooler master hyper evo 212, thermaltake 750w power supply, 240gb trionz ssd, 1tb seagate hdd, asus gt 210 1gb video card and the nzxt s340 white case, when i try to power it on it only turns for a split second and shuts down by it self, i even tried the same power supply on another computer and worked fine, i need help. What can i do?

So you know that the psu is not the issue. do you have an extra cpu you can test ?

Yes i have another computer on the living room and tried everything on it and it worked perfect but im think that the motherboard might be the issue

So you are telling me that you tried the CPU on the other computer and it worked ? if that being the case the mobo might be dead
