Need a bit help with choosing a PSU for my system

I planned to build a rig with these. Would a Corsair RM650X would do? I would like to overclock both my CPU & GPU.

1. Processor: Intel Core i5 6600K
2. Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
3. Corsair H100i GTX Liquid Cooler.
4. G.Skill Ripjaws V 8GB DDR4 RAM X 2
5. 1TB WD Blue/Purple
6. Samsung EVO 750 120GB SSD
7. Corsair 400R Mid Tower Case
8. Asus Radeon RX480 Strix

PS- I would love any suggestions regarding the build too since it's my first gaming rig.

EVGA isn't available in my locality. ._.
Some shops keep them but they usually charge 60-80 USD extra. Got to go with Corsair.

The rest of the system would do fine, right?

Just be careful which models of Corsair you are chosing. Corsair has some less than stellar PSU's. Use the linked Tier chart to determine where the model of Corsair PSU falls. I'd try to keep to at least Tier 2.
