Good budget gaming setup?

Hello,

I am building a budget gaming PC for my friend. The specs are:

CPU: Athlon X4 860k
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88M PRO3+ Micro ATX
8GB DDR3 RAM
GPU: GTX 750ti
PSU: 525W Cooler Master Extreme 2 20+4pin ATX (is this a quality PSU?)

Would this run GTA 5, PlanetSide 2 and COD at 1366x768 on Medium to High settings?

which cod are you talking about , Athlon doesn't sound like a cpu that can run the new cod's

black ops 2 is not graphics intensive , maybe you can run bo2 , but there is no such cod as MW4 , there is a modern warfare 3 , but that's not really worth playing anymore , everyone cheats in that game and it's quite old , you would get the yiykes ,

I took a look at your gpu and frankly you probably gotta spend more if you wanna play cods , cods are not as graphics intensive as open world games , but they still are

GTA 5 is open world and really demanding hence , even if they tell you you can don't believe them , you probably can't , some people here recommend an i3 intel cpu for that game , I honestly can't see how an i3 can run GTA 5
