CPU Temperatures Normal?

Hi,

I have an Intel i5-6500. I've had my computer on since 11:30AM this morning, until now (12:00AM). I've been downloaded a few updates for my games and downloading a game on Steam. Once the game had finished downloading, I played it for about 45 minutes, and then decided to check what my pc temps were in the BIOS. It said that the motherboard temperature was 40-C and the CPU temperature was around 43-50-C. Are these temperatures normal? The game I was playing is BO3 at normal settings.

PC Specs:
MSI Z170A Gaming M5
MSI GeForce GTX 980 4G (Game mode)
Intel Core i5-6500

the temperatures you posted are really good , like I told you in black ops 3 both my cpu and gpu get super hot and they seem to be conducting all the heat to the motherboard , as a result my fans go wild

those are superb temperatures , I have an amd video card and it gets hot together with my cpu , as a result my motherboard gets superhot , and all it can do is to rotate the case fans quicker , and it gets really loud as a result

oh ok. Thanks for that :) My GPU's fans haven't even spun at all tbh. They only spin when I startup my pc, and then die down.

As well, my room is pretty hot because I'm upstairs and the air conditioner is very poor so my room temps are about 25-28C.

still , your temperatures in black ops 3 are pretty good , you should expect it to go as high as 70 c in a game like that , Black ops cod's are like benchmark , stress test tools for the next cod in this case Advanced Warfare

Ok, alright good. My CPU's temps are even better when I play CS:GO! They stay at 30-37C. Seeing by what you stated, I think that temperature should be superb, seeing that I run CS:GO at nearly max settings.
