Yes download the latest one from the first link, next download the windows utility.
Close out -every program- so the apu will have nothing else to do but update your bios.
Wait a few minutes then it will complete, restart the computer and it will be fine.

2. http://download.msi.com/uti_exe/LiveUpdate.zip
When you run live update make sure to tell it you don't need whatever bloatware or special settings it wants at default.
If you tell it find a new bios update it will match it against your current one and ask to install it.
It might take awhile depending on your internet connection.
If none of that sounds great to you, format a flash drive for fat32, put the bios file you downloaded on it.
Reboot the computer, stick the flash drive in and go to the uefi bios setup screen.
Follow the instructions and don't touch the computer until its done.
