I want to play on atleast medium presets for all my games. Is my rig good enough or should I just get a 900p monitor?

CPU : AMD A10-7860K
GPU : XFX Radeon R7 370 2GB Factory OC @ 1050 Mhz
RAM : HyperX 8GB (2x)
MoBo : ASRock FM2A88M Pro3+
Case : Raidmax Viper GX
PSU : Thermaltake TR2 600W

, and dont get 900p .. get 1080p monitor , and make sure it is an ips and not tn screen
