Will my AMD FX-4130 bottleneck my Gtx 1070. While playing Overwatch I'm usually at 50-60fps, but at times it'll drop to 30 and back to 50. It gets worse the longer I play, so if I've been playing for 3hrs it'll just stay at 40-50fps. It's not that bad but I would prefer to not have it happen.

Solution
YES! It will bottleneck it by a mile!
Are you running a 144hz monitor? You'll need one with a 1070 to take full advantage of its graphical power. Let me know what your situation is below.
The absolute max I would recommend with an FX 4130 is a 960.
To put things into perspective, the 1070 is about 3-4x more powerful than the 960.
Get this CPU/motherboard/RAM combo to alleviate the bottleneck:

Solution
CPUs don't bottleneck GPUs, exactly. Rather, your CPU will determine the maximum framerates you can get, regardless of the video card you have. If your CPU only allows 30 sometimes, it'll drop to 30 just as frequently with a GTX 1080 as with a 750Ti, you'll just be able to run at higher graphical settings with the faster card.

In short, if you want more frames, you'll need a new CPU.

Thanks for the help. Currently I have a 60Hz monitor but I plan on upgrading to a 14Hz.
