Hello guys , My pc specs:
i5-4460
8GB Ram
H81M-K Mother board
450W PSU
,
And will my CPU Bottleneck the GPU?
I dont know which one should i pick.

First , the i5 is okay wont be a bottleneck problem .

Second , how much are you paying for GTX 960 ?

if you can get GTX 1060 would be better .

if not , get thr RX 480 $200 version (4G VRAM)

both are faster than GTX 970 !!!

GTX 1060 is 500 Euros here, gtx 960 is almost 290 Euros,
RX 480 There is only 8gb , its 350 euro, and i have only 450W
