So I was working on my compaq presario sr1810nx and I went to boot it up but the fans just ran at full speed and the front power light flashed green I went through the checklist and several other forums and couldn't find an answer I for the most part kept myself grounded on the case and changed out all the components I can even leave them all unplugged and it dosnt act any different and help?
