No way you're getting anywhere near that with a GT 730.
You'll need at least a GTX 960 to get a good experience, an RX 470 optimally.
Afraid you're going to need to save up a lot of money for a new rig, because with these graphics card your CPU is just going to bottleneck.
I'd speculate about 40k inr.....

No, you will not be able to run GTA V at high with those specs, maybe at low! o_O
What would be your budget for a new rig?
Your components are severely outdated for modern gaming.
The GDDR5 is the better of those two due to the faster memory running with a 265 bit memory bus, which is double that of the other card.

I don't have enough to change the processor.....
Just want to play GTA V at high in a gpu under INR 5000
