What do you think will overclock better, rx480 with best possible cooler or 1060 with best possible cooler

What do you think will overclock better, rx480 with best possible cooler or 1060 with best possible cooler
air cooled.
Ive seen a lot of the water cooled on gamers nexus on youtube. But I'm curious which you think will win out once the newer custom models come out? Win value wise.
how long until the water block included models come out. would they be much quieter?

I doubt if there will be a water block model for either cards. I think the 1060 will overclock better in custom models, because I once saw a video saying that 1060s have higher potential than they are initially clocked against its bigger siblings the 1070 and the 1080. In my country(Philippines) the custom 1060s are cheaper by a small margin than reference design 480s. Value wise, I believe it will depend on the games you will be playing. RX480 performs better in DX12 and Mantle API games, while the GTX 1060 perform better in every other game.

gtx 2100mhz clock overclocks almost on all chips from 1706mhz + memory +400 to +800mhz

amd rx 480 overclocks really bad from 1326mhz to +1350mhz maybe if you are lucky 1390mhz memory overclokcs the same as gtx 400 to +800mhz

so better overclocker is gtx1060
