An H100i or an H80i? (Corsair Clear 400C)

I want to run a Corsair Clear 400C case with 2 140mm fans at the front, I'm conflicted on weather I should add a H100i V2 at the top and have it as exhaust, removing the 120mm rear fan the case comes with, that way I'd have 2 intakes and 2 exhausts. Or, would it be better to get the H80i GT, which is 120mm, and mount it at the top having it as exhaust, without removing the rear fan, also resulting in 2 intakes 2 exhausts.

What do you guys think?

Id personally go with the H100i. It offers more cpu cooling then the H80i, And thats what matters, keeping the cpu an gpu cool. Both result in the same thing except that one of the choices gives better temps for your cpu. Easy choice from there.

I thought that maybe having 1 top exhaust and 1 rear exhaust would result in better airflow, and wasn't really sure if there's a big difference between the H80i and the H100i. To clarify, it's a H80i GT and a H100i V2, not sure if that makes a difference.

In general its better to have more air coming in to the case then air being pushed out, Known as Positive Air Flow. Where you have the rear fan mounted doesnt really matter as long as its the rear. If you have positive airflow coming in from the front an bottom itll force the air out the rear in any hole there is. regardless if theres a rear fan there or not. But the 2 rad fans will be more then enough for the rear.

Would it be more preferable to have just one H80i at the top as exhaust so that way I'll have 2 intakes and 1 exhaust instead? Or should I still get the H100i and have 2 intakes and 2 exhausts?

2 exhaust an 2 intake is fine. Wont hurt anything. You can always set the intake fans to a higher rpm then the exhaust if need be, Or buy a another intake in the future if you so please. Id go with the H100i. Their really good at keeping the cpu at great temps. I personally use a H115i in my gaming rig with a overclocked 6600k to 4.7GHz an it keeps it at great temps under max load.
