Whilst playing a game, I spotted my clock speeds were at their default of 827, normally this is 933. The voltage under load is usually 1.250, but now it is 1.125.
I've reinstalled the driver and even rolled back to one that I know was good to no avail. Also, just to make it worse, it doesn't seem to respond to overclocking and maintains 827 when under load no matter what.
Dying card? Or has something else changed? GPU is an XFX R9 280.
