Your motherboard is a FM2 socket.
CPU Socket Type FM2
Then look at what the cooler is compatible with.
Intel Socket LGA2011 / LGA1366 / LGA1156 / LGA1155 / LGA1151 / LGA1150 / LGA775
AMD Socket FM2+ / FM2 / FM1 / AM3+ / AM3 / AM2+ / AM2 / 940 / 939 / 754
So yes it will work with what you have keep in mind that cooler is 154.5mm tall so your case must have room for it to fit inside it also.
