Which one is the better out of the two and why? (I chose to compare the H81 because of aesthetics)

This is the PC I'm building

Intel Core i5 4460 4x 3.20GHz
500 Watt be quiet! System Power 7 Bulk Non-Modular 80+ Silver
NZXT Source 340
8GB G.Skill RipJawsX DDR3-1600 DIMM CL9 Dual Kit
4096MB Sapphire Radeon RX 470 Nitro+

(I already have a HDD)

Solution
Here is what I've got for you.
Gets you a GTX 1060.
I highly suggest upgrading to the 1060 AMP! edition for the extra 20 euros, as it has better clock speeds and a larger cooler.
The mini version is designed for ITX builds, and therefore has lower clocks, less power phases and therefore is less than optimal for desktop builds.

The problem is that im from Denmark and buying from Germany, so my budget in euros is about 500. as everything is much more expensive here. Also i already have the i5 4460 so i don't think i will be buying a new CPU

while theoretically H97 is better, asrock is a second tier manufacturer for the cheapest possible components. the also have no idea about QC.
Asus is a much more better company, they do have better software (bios and utilities), better design and components.
it's up to you what you prefer.

remove the 16GB RAM , Put it 8G and put GTX 1060 instead its better.

 My bad, forgot to replace that! :p
Was using a template from an indian build I just did, and wasn't used to pricing so similar so it didn't really come to mind.
Good pickup!
Fixed now.
