Acer Revo RL85 - Can't change boot device to SSD

I recently bought an Acer Revo RL85, 1TB HDD installed and two spare bays for expansion.

I got a 256GB SSD installed and formatted. Used EaseUS Partition Master to copy the entire C:// to the SSD S://.

So the plan then was to change the boot order from HDD to SSD to make sure it was all working, then wipe the HDD. I love it when a plan comes together.

However I can't change the boot device at all. The option listed is "Windows Boot Manager"
http://

Under hard disk priority all that is listed is also "Windows Boot Manager"
http://

So at the moment it's still booting the OS from HDD. Am I safe to delete the OS from HDD and assume it will then boot from SSD? I thought about just formatting the C:// drive but woused out since there were other partitions. You can see here that the drive is recongised and can be used, just not showing in Bios.

I've seen a few threads on Acers with this problem but haven't seen a solution. Some people seem to have seen results turning off secure boot and launch CSM on but all that did for me was make the hard disk drive priority blank.

Any suggestions appreciated...thanks in advance

Boot manager is always a thorn in my side. I've used Aomei back upper to clone drives in the past, maybe try that. I'd reformat the SSD then clone the HDD to that. At some point you'll have to disconnect the HDD, so you'll have to google that. Clear the bios if you need to. You can just disconnect the wires going to the HDD. Any one of them.

Trying to avoid that if possible as the main HDD is enclosed in the actual box, not just under the case like the spare drive slots....I'd rather not do that if I can avoid it as I'm not exactly a techy.

I actually noticed that I'd incorrectly cloned the SSD, as I had only copied over the C:// drive and not the whole thing (incluing the 100MB EFI partition, recovery partition etc).
Now looks like this

Still a problem - now I have two "Windows Boot Manager" options in the hard disk priority with nothing to distinguish between them. I also notice that the C:// drive is labelled "Boot, Page File, Crash Dump, Primary Partition" while the S:// is only "Primary Partition". Is this a problem?

I feel like if windows boot manager is appearing twice I should be safe to remove it from the HDD?
