You can use one of those cards on that motherboard their no reason to connect a SLI bridge since it will only have a single card.
If your asking if you can use 2 of those cards in SLI with that motherboard then no you can't.

That motherboard has only 1 pcie-ex16, so no it cannot run SLI (the chipset can't either as far as I know). Also, that gpu does not support SLI. If your goal is to support SLI you need to look for entirely different components.
