alright i tried to switch hard drives no luck its windows 7 and started today for no reason

No you cant boot widows that easily from another drive.
The OS is tied to the hardware it was installed on so there is a very slim chance that it will ever boot on another system with different configuration.
You will have to reinstall windows on that HDD while it is in your laptop.

Well you can try and repair the drive currently in your laptop by using a windows 7 installer of appropriate version(download from microsoft official site).

Provide the key and you are good to go.
Then use the installer in your laptop. There will be an option like repair your PC in the menu. Hopefully it will solve your problems.
