Is using a 50$ motherboard with GTX 1070 and i5 a good idea?

I am on a extreme budget GTX 1070 build and I am wondering if it is a bad or good idea to use it with a h81m-e33 motherboard from MSI and if having a i5 4570 is a bad idea for the motherboard too.

It'll be fine for gaming provided your PSU is good enough.
Non-gaming workloads might feel the limit of the PCIe 2.0 slot.
