Mb won't start ...Asus rampage v extreme

Put all parts together

Asus rampage v extreme
Corsiar hx 1200i
G.skill 64gb ram
H115i cpu cooler
1080 asus rog
NZXT Phantom 820 case.

All wires are in the led's are on but no error code or fan spin just the motherboard lights changing!

Took leads out and back in again and pressed all buttons on the mb too and still nothing.

Any help would be apriciated !

Have you connected both 24 and 8 pin power cables to the board? If yes, and still no go, check the front panel connections. If still the same, try testing the board outside the case, for ruling out a short.

Sorry pressed wrong button lol was suppose to reply.... yeah 24 pin 8 pin and 4 pin connectors and nothing, the mb has a power button on it so pressed that as well as the front panel switch and nothing, gonna be a pain taking it out cuz of water cooling :S

My computer is built using the same motherboard. there is a small two digit LED error code block included on that motherboard. Its there to help diagnose these types of issues. try to power up your machine again, and report back what the two digit display is saying.

Can you confirm that the PC Speaker is connected too? if it is can you let us know if there is a beeping and what it is?

Also bear in mind that this board has two physical BIOS chips too. you can flip between them to see if there is a fried BIOS as well.

My psu wires are all black it's also brand new too (I'll try my old psu antec 900).

The fault codes indicator top right doesn't illuminate neither does the computer make any fault codes (beeps).

I switched the bios (bottom left orange light switched from 1 place to another)

At least the rgb lights work

Nope, don't have a 4 pin Cpu connector on it just the 2x4 pin and I need that for the 8 slot >.>

Took out the gpu and stripped it down to bare minimum and still nothing

If removing the 8 pin power cable (leaving only the 24 pin one and case fans connected) and starting the board, do the case fans spin?

ill try that soon, also I have like 5-8 3 pin connecters all over the place they are just for extra fans?

and what about the 4 pin connecter? (cpu)
