I have a 2011 model compaq 2014cq. Here are the specs:

CPU: E-300 dual core 1.3Ghz
GPU: hd 6310
RAM: 3gb ddr3
HDD: 500gb
Has optical drive and originally came with windows 7 premium 64 bit which I have upgraded and clean installed windows 10 64 bit.

games can be played on it which I was surprised but not the new ones. The games that can be played so far that I know of is:

Call of duty 4, sims 2, 2009-2008 or older games around that era may work. And by play games I mean able to play them with a stable fps, playable fps.

Part it out. Sell the HDD, sell the RAM, but that be maybe about it. No one would wants a 'used' computer that is old and will 'die' in the next couple year from hardware or otherwise when for only $200 at Walmart they get a laptop with warranties (does your have warranties), can be returned if broken (can they return it you) for full refund, etc. And have the latest tech with Windows 10 as well.
