Quick summary.
I had a duel boot with Linux...was running out of HD and decided to remove linux.
Had an issue with GRlUB and had to reinstall the MBR.
Everything is good now except that the computer will not use the graphics card...so I cant play any games.

In device manager it shows the card. shows it as installed and enabled etc etc. Everything "Looks" right....but when I try to change the screen resolution it says "generic pnp monitor on standard VGA graphics adapter" and no other option to select the nvidia.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, downloaded etc. I can not figure out how to make it usable.

I am using an older Dell Latitude 6520 and the card is NVS 4200M
