when i press shutdown i think i hear the sound of the gpu turning off [it's like a something gets down] you know like a jet landing it begins high then drops down slowly and i think this is usual because the pc is about to shutdown, but why am i hearing that while browsing the web, or browsing my pc or even gaming? i'm not sure if it is the GPU but what else could make that sound?
