Goal is to have absolute maximum price per performance. Feedback is needed on build since it's my first time. Open to any suggestions that may have a higher price per performance.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Memory: Crucial 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GAMING Video Card

Case: Zalman Z11 NEO ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Solution
yeah but the psu is the last thing you want to cut costs on. I recommend the Seasonic S12II 520w Bronze or any XFX 550w.

Hi! c:
It looks like a nice set up so far, but if you're on a tight budget (or want to get greater price to performance) you really could checkout some used parts as well.
For example I think you could find a lot of people who recently sold their GTX 980 and got GTX 1080, you could get some really nice deals at the time and quite low risk of malfunctioning, especially if you test it out first. Good luck with this! c:
