Just recently got an EVGA GTX 1070 FTW.
Due to having a 1080p 144hz monitor, I downloaded and installed NVIDIA Inspector to set the FPS limit to 144. Unfortunately, whenever I restart my computer, this setting is lost and I have to consciously remember to set the FPS limiter before opening any games, otherwise I run the risk of lower-end games / loading screens producing 300+ FPS, causing coil whining and other nonsense.
Is there a way to make this static even upon a restart? Or does anyone have any alternative advice?
