Do multiple entries (13+) of SVCHOST.exe in the services list indicate hacking or is this normal (no excess CPU drain)

I have been contacted by an outside service I use to assist when my computer has issues. Received a call from them saying I have been hacked thru public domain. They showed me Services list (which I again pulled up independently) and I have 13+ entries for SVCHOST.exe, each with different users (local; network; system) and each with different services (which look like windows stuff). Outside service says I should have no more than 2 entries. Any more indicates a hack thru public domain (not sure what that means). I run malware scans at various levels daily (ESET security) and have some pretty robust network security. No virus or malware indicated. Since my CPU doesn't seem to be overtaxed and computer only slows down infrequently, I'm thinking this is bogus. They're tring to sell me something called an Svchost blocker but I can't find anybody that's ever heard of that. Actual question: Is this bogus or do I have reason for concern?

Thank you Phillip. Correct on Processes vs. Services. Looks like my "Outside IT Service" is giving me bogus warnings to try and push a sale on something they are calling Svchost.exe blocker. FYI - after multiple net searches I couldn't find any S/W specifically for that, only instructions on how to minimize use of Svchost.exe if processes are eating too much CPU. Thanks again for the help. Looks like I'm back to "The Geek Squad".
