Hi,

I recently built a computer-definitely a first-and i have been running into some issues.

After building it, I tried an HDMI cable and a DVI cable and received no signal from both. I plugged the HDMI into the integrated graphics and it works fine. I checked in the bios and the graphics card is not recognized all together.

My build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING M5 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 1070 Founders Edition
Case: Deepcool TESSERACT SW ATX Mid Tower Case
Monitor: Asus VN248H-P 23.8" Monitor
Power Supply: Corsair CX 750M (750 watt)

This is a list of the things i have tried
-updating bios
-re-seeding card
-trying to download drivers from NVIDIA (to no avail: "no compatible software is recognized")
-Trying a different monitor
-Getting a higher wattage power supply

Thank you for your time :)
