I'm helping a friend build a mid end gaming pc. He mostly plays dota2 and fps games (at times).. Budget is around $950/60000 INR (includes everything else apart from cpu). I came up with these;
- Intel Core i3-6100 6th Gen LGA 1151 Processor
- MSI H110M PRO - VH - 6th Generation DDR4 MotherBoard (LGA1151, DDR4 2133Mhz, HDMI + VGA Ports, MicroATX Board)
- MSI Graphics Cards R9 285 / EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB SC GAMING
- G.Skill Ripjaws 4 DDR4 8 GB (2 X 4GB) PC DRAM (F4-2400C15D-8GRR)
- Seagate Barracuda 1TB Desktop SATA Internal Hard Drive
- Cooler Master Hyper T4 CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes RR-T4-18PK-R1
- Seasonic S12II 520 Watts PSU
Didn't decide on a cabinet yet.. was wondering if this would be sufficient for 1080p gaming. Also, I'm concerned about the graphics.. can't make up my mind b/w the r9 285/gtx 960.. I'm really concerned about the heating issues with the gtx. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Peace.
