What GPU's would be bottlenecked by an i3 4170?

Do you think anything past a GTX 970 would be bottlenecked by an i3 4170 (4th generation Haswell, 3.7 GHz)?

I never used i3 , but last time I checked the i3 started to bottlenech in some games using GTX 980

I wouldn't worry about it, if you have the cash, buy the card. You wont be disappointed.

Alright, I'll definitely go with a Pascal card. Was thinking a 1060.
