hello guys,
i did benchmark for 3 type of storage here, and i want to ask about what best place for :
- Programs Files,
- Working files ( current projects i work on and i need to be fast)
- Backup files,

here 3 images for : ( C : SSD 100GB ) ( F : Raid 0 500GB WD Black Caviar) ( G : WD Elements 2TB External

Hey there, OsamaDeep.

In my opinion the best case scenario would be the following one:
SSD - OS & Program Files.
RAID 0 - since you need fast storage and probably the RAID should cover it, go with that option
WD Elements - backup your projects and other important info. External backups are more reliable than internal, since they are not exposed to the same threads as the other drives in the PC (such as, power surges, viruses, liquid spills, etc.).
