which build should i prefer among the two

having trouble choosing between the following builds,just want my pc to last at least 5 years will be using it mainly for gaming.

Nope. you wouldn't notice the difference between the faster RAM and the slower RAM. Faster RAM might allow for more overclocking though. I don't overclock so I'd go with H170 most likely. or maybe a cheaper Z170.
