So I overclocked my EVGA 1070 Just a little bit (Core to around 390 MHz and Memory to around 450 MHz) and my computer crashed. I need two answers here. Is my gpu going to be fine? And did my computer crash because I overclocked the core and the memory at the same time?

Thanks in advance.

(Also the overclocks are low because base clock says 0 in msi afterburner for some reason/)

Solution
You should reset to default values until you learn what overclocking is and it's risks. You are NOT ready to overclock.

(anyone who knows enough to try overclocking knows that 390MHz core for a 1070 is UNDERCLOCKING, since the default core clock hovers around 1500)
