how do i change the location that windows folder is installed

Hello there
im sorry if this is the wrong place for the question
my little brother has a computer and he has a problem with the space management
he gots a 1TB drive [which is drive d on the computer]
and a 120 GB drive where the windows folder is located [drive c]
and the problem is that the c drive is always full and because of that he cant install anything on it
i want to format the computer and install the windows directory folder on the d drive [make the 1TB drive the main windows folder]
and i dont know how to do that can anybody here explain how to do that because im not so knowlagable about formatting and reinstalling the operating system
and sorry if my english is not that good

Solution
as shadowprimeone suggested. First you might want to backup the data on the 1TB disk. Then on windows installer clear all partitions on both disks and select the 1TB drive to install the windows on. And you have a new clean system where the 1TBdisk is the C: drive . you might have to go in disk management after to format the 120gb one.
