Need help with components list for a basic PC

I need a computer, I would really appreciate it if someone can help me get a list of components from this site: http://en.ksp.co.il
I need a really basic PC, something cheap not for games.
Budget is about 200$ so it's about 750 - 800 ILS on the site.

They have a pre built system listed there that really looks to be a good buy. It's a basic office system and uses good parts. You're not going to be able to build anything for $200.00, though. If that's all you can afford, you may just want to find a cheap laptop or used system.

The absolute least expensive i could build on intel -

You can not build a new system for 800 ILS. If you can not increase your budget, look for used parts.
