Is 16GB of DDR4 3200MHZ RAM Enough for These Programs??

I am thinking about getting the corsair vengeance lpx 3200mhz ddr4 memory in 32gb quad channel, but I think 32gb would be overkill for these following applications that I use for productivity: adobe premiere pro cc, adobe after effects cs6, handbrake, sony vegas pro 13, dxtory, fraps, obs, adobe photoshop cs6. Will 16gb of ram do well for these programs, is it enough???

Yup 16 GB is good enough for any current day system.

watch your ram usage and see how much you typically use. If you find that you regularly have less than 25% free then you may benefit from additional ram.

If you use multiple programs at once then 32GB might serve you well
