Freezes, bsod, A disk read error

I've been encountering some problems these days. It started when I was playing CS:GO and I suddenly got a freeze and a bsod (I had win10). I restarted and then I got a problem with winload.exe and I couldn't boot the OS. I couldn't reinstall using a cd so I used a usb. Everything was fine until the "A disk read error ocurred", switched a few options in the bios and it worked until I got it again and again. I switched to win7 and it's working again but now, whenever I play a game it randomly freezes (without an interval) and I need to wait 30 seconds to 1 minute until it goes back to normal. But sometimes I get a freeze and then bsod and again "A disk read error" happens. Everytime it works with a reinstall but having to do it so often it's annoying.
May I ask what the problem might be or at least how can I find what's the problem?
PS. Sorry for my english and sorry for the unnecessary long post but I thought it may help finding the problem.
Note: This happened mostly in games. Only 1 bsod while doing something else.

You write "whenever I play a game"
Is this one particular game that causes the freeze ?
If so, does uninstalling this game solve the freezing problem ?
If you uninstall all games does this solve the freezing problem ?
Games need a lot of RAM - how much have you got ?

No, there isn't a specific game where it freezes. It happened in CS:GO, Garry's Mod, Rocket League.
I tried uninstalling them and it didn't fix the problem.
Even if I have only one game it freezes.
I have 4 GB of RAM.
Sometimes, when I power the pc it can give me "A disk read error ocurred" error without having a bsod or freeze or something.

Edit: By couldn't reinstall with a cd I mean, literally, with any cd (tried 4 cds so far) none of them worked. Installation was stuck after "copying files" so that's why I used an usb.
