What you have there is a shrouded header, in a 10-pin 2-array or 2x5 configuration. There are many makes and models made by different manufactures which don't necessarily have names, so much as designations or part numbers. Measure the pin pitch to limit searches on manufactures' websites, then match any of the protruding bits if you are looking for a compatible piece to mate with your connection.
