We are riding a personal cloud to be accessed by multiple computers at different locations, and some smartphones. We want to centralize information to different users, access control, backup computers and smartphones. As we are a small business, the budget is essential. Seagate Personal Cloud or WD My Cloud would be enough for this purpose? There are users limits? The performance would be affected? Thanks for your support.

I have both. I personally prefer WD My Cloud. If you try to access some files on Seagate, such as mp3 or avi, their default software will not allow a continuous download. It freezes after a few tens of megabytes. Yes, I'm also prejudiced in favor of WD hardware as my experience has been it's more reliable and their customer service better.
