Random disk drives keep appearing

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, I had no idea where this goes. I'm on my custom PC which is working perfectly accept for one thing: I keep getting random disk drives showing up in This PC (see picture below). I've manually removed them by disabling the drivers but they keep showing up. What can i do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

My motherboard cd with the drivers and whatnot came with deamon tools. Ive used that before with no issue on other systems but maybe im doing something wrong.

Don't know why i didn't think of that... So far it seems to work, we'll see if it comes back
