my laptop runing on windows 10 64bit, it works fine with the stock ram 2gb ddr3 1.35v, then i replace it with corsair 4gb ddr3l pc 12800, after installing the blue screen always shown, i've tried run memory diagnostic, and the result is good. please help me with this issue, thanks before

Hello... Anytime you add or change memory sticks you should do a Battery removal and CMOS clear, for your BIO's to set new communications to them... check your Manual PDF for this... it might be hard to get to your MB battery.

Make sure you have the correct type of New Ram stick models, for your Chipset and MB... not all DDR3 modules are wired the same way.

thanks for the answer, i'll try it, but i change my memory sticks at asus service center, is that any possibilities they not clearing the cmos?

im just checking it from bios, and the total memory already showing 4096 mb.
i dont have the manual.
does clearing the cmos make the time and date back to factory default? if yes, then the cmos already cleared.

yes, already set the time and date before post this problem
1) not able
2) after the first windows 10 logo shown
3) at first its predictable, and then i boot it to safe mode, and run memory diagnostic, and there is no error, and i can boot to desktop, but the bsod came back, but this time not memory management, i forgot what the error is, and its more than one type error .

for now i've reinstalled the os, but the bsod memory management still came back

Hello... OK.. in safe mode lets go to the Event Viewer.
You NEED to be logged on as administrator to the OS...

let's see what the OS is reporting as the error... Right click computer-manage-System Tools-Event Viewer-Windows logs-system.... Click on the "RED" "Critical" errors, for more information... and files/drivers/Apps, comments/suggestions/information, General/Details associated with them B )

Expanding Window panes and Posting screen images from here will help me, help you faster... But copy and posting text will work too B )
