Help my HDMI ports to my PC nor VGA will work for my monitor

I have a Cooler-Master with two possible HDMI ports in the back plus a VGA which also does not work...I bought a HDMI to VGA twin set but that too is not working could it be the graphics card that's not working? How can I tell?

Start at the beginning. Cooler Master does not make video cards, they make cases, fans, power supplies, few other things. So the Cooler Master you have with HDMI and VGA is not a Cooler Master but just the case the card/motherboard is in.

What do you have, what is not working, when did it stop working, if it never worked what are you doing exactly? This a new computer setup? If it is, need a full list of components with CPU, motherboard, video card and power supply being the most important. If this is a working computer are you just trying it on a new monitor? Or moved it and it's not working? Add some details about the situation to the post.
