Any extra tools/advice before I do my first build?

I have ordered all of the parts for my first build, I am just waiting on the last few pieces.
When it is actually time to put it together, will there be any extra tools/products I need?

A few people said a screwdriver is literally all, and I see many debating on magnetic vs demagnetized.

I also want to get some straps or ties for cable management so any suggestions on that would be awesome.

I believe my cooler already comes with thermal paste.

What is a good/cheap anti-static wristband and or mat? I do not want to have to spend a lot more if I can avoid it, but if it is necessary than I need good suggestions.

I am just looking in my case, reading guides, making sure I am prepared to put it together, so any advice or recommendations for tools or other parts would be appreciated.

First, download and study manuals for every part, print most important parts if you have to. Even after more than 30 years of working with computers I do that before I even buy parts.
If you are doing it first time, assemble everything on a table and test with minimal number of components. You don't need any special antistatic precautions Just touch some metal parts like the case every now and than and never, but never touch any exposed contacts with bare fingers.
Depending on the case, you may need some other than medium pfilips screwdriver, some manufacturers increasingly supply Torx screws. Magnetic screwdrivers are not a problem.
Before you install MB in the case, do a dry run of mounting it without any parts on it to make sure...

Before you install MB in the case, do a dry run of mounting it without any parts on it to make sure all standoffs line up with hole on MB perfectly and there's no extra ones under the MB. Many screws will come with the case so make sure you know which ones go where and try them.
