Files show up OK on that drive? Can you copy FROM the drive to the computer? Check for updated drivers for the laptop, chipset and USB drivers especially. Do other external drives work OK? Try disabling...

Yes, I can copy and paste on the computer from one directory to another. There's no error messages. And the drive is also work in another system. But doesn't work in my laptop.

It shows up in the laptop as a drive though correct? So you copy from the laptop, go to paste in the drive, and nothing happens?
