How to fix my Hard Drive that shows some random weird strings at boot?
]If I use Kali Linux OS, the drive can be used, and if I use Windows 10 OS it will say INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE or something like that. My Hard Drive don't have an OS.
And also, if I use GParted on Kali and make a new partition, it won't work because the newly created partition cannot be seen and then GParted told be to check the drive for errors. Then it's back to normal size.

Well, mechanical drives could fail, without showing any warning before that. So, it is always a good idea to back up your data.
Depending on the SMART report, we can see what is the condition of the drive.(or whether it is failing at all)

As a rep, I can't really recommend you a specific tool. If you attach the drive as a secondary one(as it will not boot) to a Win machine, you can use some of these: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

Hi there WineffGulane-KrulYuno,

Unfortunately, it looks like the HDD is failing. My suggestion would be to back up the data stored on the drive.

After that, you can just use a hard drive testing tool, that can provide a SMART report.(screenshot would be useful)

Let me know how this goes,
D_Know_WD :)

So you mean that my hard drive is going to die(soon)?
OK, I'm gonna try to use a Hard Drive Testing Tool(I'll need to search for it for a while)
Thanks :)
