Title is question and this is my configuration:
Intel Core i5-6600
MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6G
MSI H110M Gaming
Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 16GB (2x8GB)
450W XFX TS Series P1-450S-GREN
SSD 120GB Kingston UV400
HDD 1TB WD Blue, 3.5", 7200RPM

I have chose this mobo because 1060 dont have SLI and im not interested in overclocking cpu, so maybe I should get b150 m3 gaming but I dont think its worth extra cash, what do you think?

Get MSi Gaming 6G instead of the "Gaming X" because you can overclock it to reach same speed as the Gaming X. Personally i would get a H170 motherboard instead. Overall everthing looks good (little bit worried about the PSU, it will probably be enough but i would suggest you getting an 500W+)

if you have money get a better mobo , it is not about overclocking alone , you miss the following with this mobo :

1- it has 2 DIMMS slot instead of 4 , not good for future memory upgrades .
2- does not have M2 for future NVME SSD (4 times faster than SATA3)
3- does not have 3.1 USB
4- has lower Quality sound
5-does not have x4 PCIe slot for SSD cards
6-does not support raid

If you want the cheapest acceptable , it is

Gigabyte GA-B150-HD3P

it has M2 , 4x PCIe , 4 DIMMS , usb3.1 ... lacks Raid ..

if you need mATX

Gigabyte GA-B150M-DS3P

has M2 , USB3.1 , 4 DIMMs ...
