Files and Folders were hidden in AI_RecycleBin but not everything is there

I have an SSD and a regular HDD in my computer. Earlier, I was uninstalling CAM by NZXT because it wouldn't open. CAM was installed on my HDD. I went to install it again and tried installing it to my HDD again but it wouldn't. I checked out the HDD and noticed all my folders and files, except for two folders, were gone. However, my storage space never changed making me think nothing had been deleted. After doing some research, I found out my files were in a hidden AI_RecycleBin folder, except not everything was in there. There were lots of subfolders, all numbered that had individual files and a few folders in them. I had folders numbered 3 to 9 then 28 to 99, so obviously It didn't show me everything. Doing a recuva scan, it was able to find some files, but not everything making me think not everything is gone, but is simply hidden somehow. A friend told me he had the same issue and simply copy and pasted the whole drive and moved it, getting his files back. This method hasn't been any help. I do have a system restore point from the 4th, before this all happened. Should I try this? I want to make sure I don't mess up any potential options of getting my missing files back by doing that, but will do it if people feel confident enough it could solve the problem.

How else can I try finding the other files not included? Again, the storage space didn't appear to go down indicating that files were deleted. They seem to be hidden.

2TB (2TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD

I dont think restoring the PC will help recover the files as the OS will only restore the files associated with it and not your entire PC(I think).
The Al_Recycle Bin is a folder created by an installer where it stores the information about the apps it has installed and uninstalled.
Are your personal files missing or just the files of the CAM app?
Also run a malware/antivirus scan as I read somewhere that the Al_RecycleBin folder is created by some malware too.

Personal files are gone. The CAM app stuff is gone however since I uninstalled it.
I did run a malware and antivirius scan. Nothing. I read a couple had the same issue with CAM doing this once you uninstall, so I'm figuring that's the cause and not malware.

did you ever fix this? I had the same exact thing happen to me. how do I get rid of this crap? I have nothing under windows 10 apps called advanced unistaller so I have no idea how this shit got on my system. further more I can only view this folder when I right click a shortcut to one of the programs that vanished. searching for AI_Recyclbin in file explore comes up with nothing.
